Trojan Crates Limited is a family run business, based in Aberdeen Scotland, which has evolved over the years, to meet the growing demand for high end timber crates. Originally geared towards the North Sea Oil and Gas sector, we now produce and supply timber crates, bespoke custom packaging solutions and joinery services, to a diverse range of industry sectors throughout the UK.
Established in 1979 we provide timber crating and custom packaging solutions to all sectors of industry both commercially and domestically.
Our experienced Trojan Crates team provide “peace of mind” packaging advice and cost effective packaging solutions, to ensure safe and secure protection around your valued items, tools, instruments and equipment.

Trojan Crates Limited designs, manufactures and produces custom built timber crates, flight/transit cases, packing and joinery services and protective packaging solutions, using a materials-neutral approach. This means we start from scratch, with your unique specifications and offer a variety of options to choose from. This includes size, color, product fragility, load bearing surfaces, proper cushioning, eco-friendly designs, if required, with our timber products made from 100% recycled materials.
To ensure that your products are efficiently and properly packaged we offer a 'one stop shop' from concept to completion and from design to delivery. Our expert team of crate makers, joiners and CNC operatives can assist on all projects big or small.
